This Month's Feature Video: The Florida senate recently passed Bill-SB-154, commonly refer to as the "Glitch" bill, as it clarified, expanded upon definitions and/or corrected many of the questionable or erroneous statements contained in the first bill (SB-4D) which had been passes by the legislators and governors in response to the collapse of the Champlain Towers South Condominium on the early morning hours of June 24th, 2021.  The "Glitch Bill was signed into law by Governor Ron DeSantis in early June of 2023.  In this video, Mr. Rafael P. Aquino of the firm Affinity (  Affinity – Management Services (managedbyaffinity.com)  provides an excellent summary of bill SB-154's main changes and what most homeowners Association members and others need to know, when he states:
